Dear Lama Dvora says:

“This path guides us toward becoming people who live in harmony with others. Everyone who comes here feels that they are part of something greater than themselves”.

In 2021, a one-year Shamatha retreat took place in Moa.

For an entire year, this place became a space of continuous practice and profound inner transformation.
Today, Moa continues to carry the atmosphere of depth, peace, and compassion.

This experience became an important foundation for the next great stage.
In 2027, a three-year retreat will begin in Moa.

Already today, we are creating the conditions that will allow this retreat to become a source of support and inspiration for many people.
  • Marina Selitsky
Dear Marina Selitsky is a teacher of the Gelugpa tradition of Buddhism, translator of her teacher Lama Dvora’s texts from Hebrew, and an experienced meditation instructor with many years of practice.
In 2021, together with her husband Yoav Benjamin, she completed a one-year Shamatha meditation retreat in Israel’s Arava Desert.
Dear Marina is the founder of the “Classics of Buddhist Wisdom” School, where profound Buddhist teachings are shared, and the initiator of projects dedicated to ending military conflicts and cultivating peace.
  • Yoav Benjamin
Yoav has been studying Buddhism since 1999 and teaching Vipassana meditation since 2002.
Over the years, he has brought the practice of meditation to diverse communities, including prisons, oncology clinics, and people facing addiction.
In 2009, Yoav met Lama Dvora and began following the path of Mahayana Buddhism.
He has completed all ACI courses and is currently a member of Lama Dvora’s advanced study group.
Today, we unite around a shared purpose:
to nurture and expand a space of wisdom, kindness, and healing —
a space where teachings come alive through action, and hearts open to the world.
The power to make this possible is within every one of us.
Each of us brings trust, love, and faith in the Path into the world.
Your voice can help others discover the value of this place.
Your involvement can open new hearts.
Through your actions, the goodness that is already arising here can touch the lives of many more people.
Our purpose:

Together, we are creating a heartfelt and inspiring campaign that shares the story of “Method and Wisdom” and invites people to become part of this meaningful journey.

We invite you to join this campaign as ambassadors of this mission.

Through your support, you help others become part of something truly pure, profound, and life-changing — a space where learning and practice, compassion and healing come together, and where sincere intentions are transformed into acts of kindness.

Together, we create a place for good.

In 2027, a three-year retreat will begin in Moa.

Even now, it is especially important to preserve and prepare the space where, for three years, the Teachings, practice, and Sangha will come together and flourish.

By supporting the Sangha, we create the conditions for wisdom and compassion to continue benefiting countless people.

In the Buddhist tradition, supporting and preserving the Sangha is considered one of the most powerful virtuous actions, because through the Sangha, the benefit of the Dharma can continue to spread far beyond a single place.

By supporting this campaign today, you are not only helping to sustain the projects that already exist. You are creating the foundation for the three-year retreat beginning in 2027 and helping this place continue to serve people for many years to come.

Moa is a place where gatherings and events bring together people from diverse backgrounds, creating opportunities for connection, understanding, and compassion
  • Moa is also home to the Peace Conference.
People come here with a shared aspiration to overcome conflicts and discover a path toward understanding and reconciliation.
It is a space of respectful dialogue, where every voice can be heard, and where listening with an open heart becomes a source of healing for deep wounds.

  • Moa also offers support and a place of belonging for Ukrainian refugees.
Mothers and their children say that what touches their hearts most deeply is the atmosphere of peace, care, and sincere kindness that every person here brings into this space.

Today, as the world is experiencing wars and growing division, creating the conditions for peace is more important than ever.

This is what makes the existence of such a space so meaningful.

Here, people from diverse cultures and life experiences move beyond seeing each other as enemies and discover the possibility of opening their hearts to one another.

All members of the “Method and Wisdom” organization are volunteers.

Their service is rooted in a sincere wish to bring benefit and support to others.

For Moa to continue welcoming people, hosting gatherings, events, and programs, and offering warmth, hope, and support to everyone who needs it, resources are essential.

Thanks to this support, a space of kindness, wisdom, and compassion can continue to live, grow, and open its doors to all who seek healing and peace.

Together, we help sustain a place where the causes for a more peaceful future are created every day.

Today, we are creating the conditions for the three-year retreat beginning in 2027.

Every donation helps preserve this space, where compassion and wisdom become an integral part of life.
